Are the personalized pillowcases machine washable?
They are! We wash the fabric letters also. Wash the pillowcases inside out and in cold water then dry on low heat. Do not use bleach.

What is the fabric and color of the pillowcases?
The fabric is made of 50/50 poly cotton no iron percale and they are white.

Are the pillowcases soft?
Yes, they are and with each washing they get softer.

What happens if there is a mistake in spelling?
If we incorrectly spell a name that you have typed we will quickly redo your order or refund your money.

When will the gift be shipped?
After payment has been received your order is made and shipped within 10 days. If you need special arrangements let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

How does the receiver know who sent the gift?
We can include a free gift card upon your request. Or you may include your own card with your payment.
